- Coached Junior Girls Volleyball (Mid-Island Champions 2012 - 2017 & placed 11th in BC in 2016), Junior Girls basketball (7th on Vancouver Island in 2015), Golf & Hockey.
- Coordinated a Learning Service trip to Peru (spring break 2014) in collaboration with Mosqoy, a Victoria based NGO.
- Facilitated the development of a student lead refugee camp scenario 14 Hours in Africa.
- Lead a Human Rights inspired trip to Washington DC (2013).
- Teach using experiential activities, cross-curricular integration, inquiry, PBL, differentiated strategies with a focus on core competencies and mastery learning.
- Duty night supervision in Mackenzie House, featuring ‘tea-time with Robbie’.
- Mentored a student teacher from the University of Victoria (2012).
